The Hortimol TLED is a lighting solution designed to maximize the growth of your cuttings and young plants in tight, low-ceilinged spaces. This provides your plants with even, close-range light distribution with virtually zero radiant heat. It features 264 Osram and 8 IR LEDs mounted on an aluminum ramp with flawless surfaces and a 1.55-meter power cable with a secure BNC connector.

Growth across the spectrum

A penetrating white for a penetrating boost

This spectrum was specifically developed to offer the fastest growth while allowing for optimal flowering. Its spectral content is heavily influenced by Blue 450, but also contains Red 660, albeit in smaller quantities. In response, your plants will take root with great efficiency and begin to form strong stems with tight internodes. In other words, they will grow efficiently.

The FS component of the spectrum is calculated to provide sufficient energy without representing a significant fraction of the lamp's total power consumption. Thus, the vast majority of the energy invested in light is absorbed directly by the plant, enabling it to photosynthesize.

Cold, fresh light

The advantage of LED lights is the ability to distribute the light output over a source with a larger surface area, allowing the grower to bring his plants closer to them without fear of heat burns, and also to achieve a much more homogeneous PPFD distribution.

Here, the high blue content gives the light a relatively cool color of 4000°K, comparable to an MH lamp, while emitting much less heat. Unlike MH lamps, however, we've added just enough red to allow flowering plants to complete their life cycle.
