Ceramic metal halide (CMH) lamps are the latest trend among high-pressure vapor lamps in the grow business. They emit intense light across the full spectrum, thus providing a particularly close light spectrum to natural sunlight. This promotes particularly compact and dense flowers. With their 315 watts, they consume about a quarter less energy than other high-pressure vapor lamps. The 315W CMH 3K version is specifically designed for the flowering phase of plants, but is also suitable for growth phases. For those specifically targeting plant growth, we also offer the lamps in a 4000 Kelvin version.
